EVENT PLANNING

Want to hand over the reins and let us do the work for you?

We'll chat to you about your vision and budget for your event + from there we can ascertain who of our amazing vendors will suit you best! We'll take care of everything from the moment of booking until the final minute of your event.

In the lead up to your event, we will coordinate + liaise with all vendors + create a run sheet for your entire day - from start to finish - making sure all vendors have adequate time to do the best job possible for you.


If you've already started planning and want us to pop in half-way, we can do that too. You can be as involved as much or as little as you like. With unlimited meetings + correspondence, we know you'll feel super comfortable working with us - we're here at every stage along the way to create the event you deserve!

With a wealth of amazing vendor contacts Australia-wide, we can present those who we think best suit your vision + needs based on your brief. We will create a moodboard based on your brief, to give to styling vendors so they can get the best idea of your overall vision.

If you've already booked in some of your vendors, we can work with them to bring your dream vision to fruition!

DAY COORDINATION

Need some extra hands on deck on the big day?

Our day coordination service, ensures you have a dedicated team who will attend on the day, making sure your entire event runs smoothly + to plan - from the beginning of setup, until the final minute of your event. We'll be your eyes on deck, ensuring your vision is brought to life just the way you want it.

If you don't require our team to stay for the duration of your event but wish for some extra help + supervision purely with setup / pack down, we can arrange this also.
